Welcome to I SERVE U Cleaning Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our cleaning services, you (“Customer” or “Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

Our services include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, deep cleaning, air conditioning cleaning, upholstery and mattress cleaning, grease trap cleaning, and other related services.
Services will be delivered based on the booking details you provide (date, time, service type, property size, and specific requests).
Any changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to staff and schedule availability.

2. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are based on the type of service, property size, and any additional requests.
Final fees will be communicated and confirmed before service begins.
Payment must be made in bank transfer, or approved electronic payment methods upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers are liable for all applicable transaction taxes related to the professional services provided.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services or additional charges.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information about your property and service needs.
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises at the scheduled time.
Safeguard fragile or valuable items before service begins.
Notify us of any special cleaning instructions or restrictions (e.g., delicate surfaces or areas requiring special care).

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge.
Same-day cancellations may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be communicated in advance.

5. Service Limitations

We do not provide cleaning for hazardous materials, biohazards, or areas that pose safety risks.
Moving or lifting heavy furniture, appliances, or equipment is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition of the property, materials, and type of service requested.

6. Quality Assurance and Photos

To ensure consistent quality, our team may, with your consent, take before-and-after photos of cleaned areas.
These photos will be used strictly for internal quality control and service improvement, unless you grant permission for other uses.
Photos will not include personal or sensitive information without your express approval.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering our services.
In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff, you must report it within 24 hours for proper review.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided and does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Health & Safety

Our staff follow safety protocols and reserve the right to refuse service if conditions pose a health or safety risk.
Customers must disclose any health hazards in the premises (e.g., pests, mold, infectious risks).

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to comply with legal requirements or improve our services. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date indicated. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the proper courts of Valenzuela City, Metro Manila.
